Revving Into the Future: Meet the Top Drivers in NASCAR’s 2025 Coca-Cola 600 Starting Lineup

Chase Briscoe secured pole position for both the Daytona 500 and Coca-Cola 600 in the same year, narrowly edging out Kyle Larson in NASCAR Cup Series qualifying. This accomplishment made Briscoe only the tenth driver to achieve this feat.

Briscoe now boasts four career poles but had previously only started as high as 15th in the Coca-Cola 600. Larson, who will be competing in the Indianapolis 500, has only started from the front row once before in NASCAR’s longest race, winning it in 2021.

William Byron, with a recent four-year contract extension with Hendrick Motorsports, finished third in the qualifying. Chris Buescher was the top-qualifying Ford driver in fourth place, followed by A.J. Allmendinger with his best start of the 2025 season in fifth.

Jimmie Johnson qualified 17th for his 700th career start, while Ross Chastain did not participate after an incident in practice.

The full starting lineup for the 2025 Coca-Cola 600 includes these top performers and sets the stage for an exciting race ahead.
